Part of the Taylor Bennett Group, Unicorn is a recruitment agency that specialises in jobs in corporate, financial and internal communications.

The majority of our roles are in-house, for FTSE 100 companies and large corporates. We identify and nurture talent and are on hand to offer help, guidance and career advice. Once you have registered with the company, we aim to build a long term relationships with you and to discuss your ambitions and interest in the PR and communications industry.

We share any commission among the Unicorn team, which means that we will never push you into a role that isn’t right for you, just to meet our targets. It also means that when you meet one Unicorn consultant, we share your details and do not keep you to ourselves – so you can benefit on the range of roles we are recruiting for. Once you start to reach a more senior point in your career, we will also introduce you to our colleagues at the Taylor Bennett Group, so that you are on their radar for senior in-house positions.

What sets us apart from other recruitment agencies is that we give honest feedback and we strive to place the right candidates into the right roles. We pride ourselves on offering guidance and support throughout your early career. If you work in corporate, financial or internal communications and are looking for your next career move, we would love to help. Please do get in touch with one of our consultants via email – or on 020 3051 1525.
