Unicorn was founded by Taylor Bennett to provide a service for clients who are looking for junior and mid-level staff with corporate, financial and/or internal communications skills.

We are based in London, and able to provide experienced candidates for roles within the UK and globally. Our clients include Finsbury, Brunswick, Intercontinental Hotels, FCA, EDF Energy, Selfridges Group, Allen and Overy, Maggie’s, Sony Europe and many more – click here for more information.

We work in partnership with our clients, offering them professional counsel and keeping in touch with them to provide regular updates. We meet all of our candidates face to face, and they are interviewed against specific client briefs, so that we only put forward candidates who have the appropriate skills and experience for a role. We provide thoughtful and honest information about the candidates, as well as their CVs.

Unicorn is also a major supporter of the award winning Taylor Bennett Foundation. Since 2008, Taylor Bennett has been seeking to address the need for greater diversity in the communications industry through the delivery of a 10 week training programme for black and minority ethnic graduates which aims to strengthen their skills and provide them with paid work experience.
