Unicorn was founded in 2007 by Heather McGregor, as a sister company to Taylor Bennett. Unicorn complements Taylor Bennett by filling mid-level to senior roles. Unicorn specialises in corporate communications, PR and investor relations roles. Unicorn has supreme market knowledge and an extensive database of candidates, which it shares with Taylor Bennett.

We work in partnership with our clients, offering them professional counsel. We meet all of our candidates face to face and they are interviewed against specific client briefs. This is to ensure that we only put forward the best and most relevant candidates. We provide detailed reports about the candidates, as well as their CVs.

Our past clients include RLM Finsbury, Brunswick, BSkyB, Lloyd’s Register, Royal London Group, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Osborne Partners, Selfridges Group, Maggie’s, and many more  click here for more information.

Unicorn is also a major supporter of the award winning Taylor Bennett Foundation. Since 2008, Taylor Bennett has been seeking to address the need for greater diversity within the communications industry through the delivery of a 10 week training programme for black and minority ethnic graduates, which aims to strengthen their skills and provide them with paid work experience.

We are always looking for companies to get involved. Whether it be hosting a visit, becoming a mentor or speaking within a training session. For further information, please e-mail Jessica Ellis, Programme Manager at jessica@taylorbennettfoundation.org
