This ethos is underpinned by our affiliation with and the support of our sister company Taylor Bennett which has over 27 years experience of search and selection within the PR and corporate communications sector. Unicorn Jobs was founded by Taylor Bennett to offer a more traditional recruitment service, away from the executive search approach, whilst still providing the same level of expertise and professionalism. We are able to provide experienced candidates at all levels (junior to senior management) for roles within London, the wider UK and internationally.

Since 2008, Taylor Bennett has been seeking to address the need for greater diversity in the communications and PR industry through the delivery of a 10 week training programme for black and minority ethnic graduates, designed to strengthen their skills and provide them with industry relevant ‘paid for’ work experiences.
