Calling all animal lovers! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a first class PR Manager to join this market-leading FMCG/ food and nutrition company.

This company has a large portfolio of household names, and the brands you will be responsible for are mainly in the petcare sector so you’ll need extensive corporate and consumer communications experience obtained in-house or within a large agency. Experience of working within a nutrition-related or petcare PR role would be beneficial.

You’ll be responsible for delivering effective and dynamic external communications plans, ensuring that corporate and consumer messages are aligned and support company and brand reputation. Demonstrable experience of executing successful communication strategies is therefore essential, as are strong project management and organisational skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high impact communication strategies and will offer the right candidate the opportunity to build their career within one of the biggest FMCG market sectors.

You must have previously worked in corporate communications and be looking to move onto your second job. This leading commercial property and real estate services adviser is seeking a Communications Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies across the UK and EMEA regions.

As you will be specifically working within the real estate financial advice aspect of the business, it is essential that you have a background in financial PR or investor relations and some experience of working in a b2b environment. Experience of working within real estate/property would be advantageous as you will need an extensive knowledge of the media and specific trade press.

You must have excellent strategic planning skills as you will be developing long-term communication plans, identifying key messages and working closely with external agencies to ensure that they are delivered accordingly. You must also be a tactical thinker; ensuring that the comms team builds strong relationships with top-tier UK and international media and regularly spotting opportunities for key spokespeople to be called upon to provide expert commentary.

On a personal level, you must be enthusiastic, credible, robust and professional. Excellent writing skills are essential and some knowledge of the social media/digital landscape would be beneficial.
