Unicorn Jobs provides a graduate recruitment service and is dedicated to finding the best grads for great jobs. We recruit across a wide range of industries at graduate level so can help all companies fill their graduate positions.
One of our missions here at Unicorn Jobs is to equip graduates with all the knowledge and tools they need to make informed choices about their career, and we do this through our website and a range of careers and training workshops held at our London HQ and at universities around the UK. Because of this work we offer employers access to some of the best graduate talent out there.
We take pride in our relationships with our clients and offer professional advice and guidance. We like to take the time to get to know you and understand your company's culture. We want to know what makes you tick and what kind of people you are. It all helps us find the right calibre of candidate for you.
When we send you a shortlist of candidates, they will be the best people we can find. We will assist you through the interview process and once you decide who you want to offer the job to, we'll guide you through the offer process and negotiations.
