TANYA FERRIS Managing Director
Tanya heads up Unicorn Jobs and leads its growing recruitment business.

She has over ten years’ experience in PR and communications recruitment, having previously worked in public relations herself, up to Associate Director level. Since making the move to recruitment, she has successfully helped to build permanent and freelance comms teams for leading corporate/consumer in-house organisations and consultancies alike.

Her own hands-on experience in the communications sector, coupled with an innate understanding of how to match a client’s needs with that of the candidate, enables Tanya to create the ‘perfect solution’ to any given recruitment need. Key clients include The Body Shop, Alliance Boots, Nestle, Sainsbury’s and The Man Group, together with Hill & Knowlton, Blue Rubicon, Brunswick, Finsbury, Pretty Green, Exposure and Brands 2 Life on the agency side.

Tanya joined Unicorn Jobs in 2009 as a senior consultant to develop the recruitment offering and became Managing Director in January 2010.
