The Taylor Bennett Foundation is an award winning charity championed by Unicorn. Since 2008, The Taylor Bennett Group has been seeking to address the need for greater diversity within the communications industry. This is achieved by encouraging Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates to apply for a ten week traineeship designed to strengthen and equip them with the necessary skills to start a career in PR.Out of around 100 TBF alumni, almost 70% are now working in communications. The programme run for 10 weeks, four times a year. Trainees receive an allowance that is roughly the equivalent to national minimum wage, their travel expenses are paid for and they are sponsored by a number of PR agencies. For more information please visit http://www.taylorbennettfoundation.org/ or email sarah@taylorbennettfoundation.org
